With the healthcare field constantly shifting and expanding, Andrea is continually studying and learning about the ins and outs of nutrition, and has more recently brought a major focus of her attention to functional medicine. In early 2016 she became a certified metabolic balance coach so that she could help people get off the diet rollercoaster and empower them to live without fear of gaining weight.
Outside of private practice Andrea is the Communication Coordinator for the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, a non-profit organization that protects the holistic nutrition professional’s right to practice.
In a culture that says our self worth is determined by our appearance, Kat helps breakthrough the thin-is-always-better mentality as she coaches you on your journey to wellness.
